Jagan just joking about resignations?

Opposition Leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy had already lost 20 MLAs to the ruling Telugu Desam Party. YSR Congress is challenging the government to disqualify them and dare to face by-elections. However this seem to be just a joke and the YSR Congress Supremo is not so serious about by-elections, party sources say.

“We are finding it tough to find in charges for the constituencies where the MLAs left. Even if we are ready to offer tickets, we could not get candidates because no one is ready to spend Crores for a term of 3 years. More over no one is certain about winning the elections,” a party leader on anonymity said.

But Jagan is trying to put up a brave face so that the cadre of the party is not disappointed and that would spell doom for the party in upcoming civic polls. There are reports emerging that nine more YSR Congress MLAs are in touch with the ruling party and may jump the fence at any time.
