Jagan’s Viral Photo Wins Award for the Journalist!

Remember that photo of an old lady kissing Jagan on his lips went viral on the internet? Yeah that one. The same picture won the Comrade G R K memorial Best Photojournalist award to a man from Vijayawada.

Ravi Kishore won the prize money of Rs. 3000 for that embarrassing kissing picture of Jagan. Well, the leader helped a citizen in someway. If you are wondering what are these awards, SPAAP 2nd National photo salon conducted a contest of India Press photo awards 2017 last month in Vijayawada and this award turned out to be the interesting one for the obvious reason.

The photo journalist surely deserves the award for capturing that epic moment and showing it to the world. Dont you think? Now congratulations to Ravi Kishore on that.
