Viveka Case: Prime Accused Surrenders In CBI Court

The YS Viveka murder case and the subsequent CBI investigation has been one of the major developments in Andhra Pradesh. The case is now being investigated by the CBI and the fingers are pointed at YS Avinash Reddy.

Now, the prime accused in the YS Viveka murder case has taken a new turn as the prime accused in the same, Erra Gangi Reddy has surrendered in the CBI court today.

Gangi Reddy will be shifted to the Chenchalgudu jail in a short while. He is the A1 accused in the case and the CBI argued that him roaming free could influence the case.

The Telangana high court then summoned Gangi Reddy to surrender by the 5th of May and he did the same earlier today.

Meanwhile, Avinash is continuing to face the CBI investigation for his alleged involvement in the murder case. He applied for anticipatory bail and hasn’t gotten a favorable judgement from the Telangana High court yet. There’s great anticipation on his arrest as well.
