YSR Congress Already Backed Out from Kuppam?

Main Opposition Party, YSR Congress may have given away the contest in Chandrababu Naidu’s Kuppam as its candidate, Chandramouli is critically ill. Chandramouli did not even file his nomination as he is admitted to a hospital in Hyderabad. He needs to administer oath while filing the affidavit, according to the rules.

Chandramouli did not do that and his nomination may get rejected. His wife, Padmaja filed dummy nomination and may emerge as the candidate of Kuppam. But with her husband in the hospital, the contest is ruled out and in all probability, Chandrababu Naidu may better his Majority this time.

Chandramouli also contested on Chandrababu Naidu in 2014 elections. Chandrababu won with a sensational majority of 47,121 votes the last time. Dr.Maddineni Venkata Ramana is contesting from Kuppam on Janasena Ticket. Chandrababu has been representing Kuppam Constituency since 1989.
