YSR Congress’ disgusting comedy about Amaravati

YSR Congress Party leaders seem to be still struggling to come in to terms of losing Capital in Donakonda where they have purchased innumerable acres of land. Again and again, the party leaders are making distasteful comments about Amaravati, the new capital of Andhra Pradesh. This time it is Chairman of Public Accounts Committee of AP Legislative Assembly, Buggana Rajendranath Reddy.

He ridiculed the Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s hope of conducting Olympics in Amaravati. “Will you conduct Olympics in Banana farms of Amaravati?,” Rajendranath Reddy. He went on to say a developed city like Barcelona took 70 years to conduct Olympics and we can all guess the future of Amaravati where the Banana farms are still to be Bulldozed.

Its high time the opposition party and its leaders learn to respect the state and the capital. This is the place they want to rule and here are the people to whom they only go to every 5 years for votes. People will not tolerate them ridiculing the state’s plight and later coming back to ask for votes.
