YSR Congress MLA and Sakshi Senior Journalist in Trouble

After issuing Contempt of the Court notices to 49 members, the High Court issued notices to another 44 members with regards to the malicious campaign against the honorable court for adverse judgments to the State Government. Sakshi Senior Journalist Kommineni Srinivasa Rao and YSR Congress MLA Gudivada Amar are also on the list.

Notices were also given to 40 supporters of the party and two other journalists. On various judgments, YSR Congress leaders and supporters are upset with the High Court and have passed remarks casting aspirations to the judges. Many of them have hurled abuses on the judges and termed them as stooges of Chandrababu Naidu.

The court has become serious about the issue and started issuing notices. All the 93 people who were given notices were caught with material evidence. There is video evidence against the Party Leaders and journalists. So, it is going to be a tough case.

CID Police have been investigating all these cases.
