YSR Lifetime Achievement Award To Ramoji Rao’s Relative

Andhra Pradesh Government has announced YSR Lifetime Achievement Awards to various people who did renowned service in fields like agriculture, arts, literature, women empowerment, education, media, medicine, industries, etc.

It is interesting to note that Krishna Ella and Suchitra Ella of Bharat Biotech have been awarded Lifetime Achievement Award in medicine. They are the makers of Covaxin, India’s indigenous COVID vaccine.

It is interesting to note that during COVID times, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy called for a Pressmeet and blamed Ella for short supply of COVID vaccines to Andhra Pradesh.

He blamed that Chandrababu Naidu is behind it as Covaxin makers, the Ellas are relatives of Ramoji Rao.

Ramoji Rao’s granddaughter Sahari married Krishna Ella’s son Raches Veerendra. It is a joke that the same people were awarded by Jagan Mohan Reddy’s Government after all those allegations.
