YCP Attacks TDP: Lokesh Gets Police Notice

The YCP government has bagged a whole lot of heat already for allegedly misusing the police force. Now, there is a new development in this regard and this is a more blatant example of the same.

Earlier, YCP troops attacked TDP leaders at Lokesh’s Yuvagalam yatra. They pelted stones at the crowds and attacked TDP leaders with sticks, thus injuring a few of them.

And now, the police department has come down to take action against TDP leaders, who are evidently the victims in this case, and they have even served notices to Nara Lokesh.

The police stated that Lokesh had used objectionable language against the chief minister Jagan. This happened after the police took 50 volunteers and staff of Lokesh’s Yuvagalam into police custody.

Lokesh was infuriated by the police action and he questioned “What wrong did I speak? Ask Jagan himself to point out what is wrong in what I said. I said he has Rs 1 lakh crore and he spent Rs 12 crore on the London trip. There’s nothing wrong in that.”

Lokesh added that YCP troops are troubling them at every turn by attacking TDP troops, and on top of that, TDP troops are the ones who are facing the police action despite being victims.

Incidentally, the police came in 3 vans to Lokesh’s Yuvagalam yatra site and detained 50 volunteers. Lokesh alleged that these volunteers were then taken to establishments owned by YCP leaders and added who knows what could happen to them here.
