YCP MLA Begs Minister For A Road

YCP has been rattled by internal clashes. 4 MLAs have defected the party in the MLC elections and there’s Raghu Rama who’s always opposed the party. Now, a YCP MLA had to literally beg a minister for a road in his area.

Going into the story, Yalamanchili MLA, Kurasala Kannababu called R&B minister Dadisetty Raja and pleaded him for a road in his MLA constituency.

“Raja, please see that a road is erected in the Achyutapuram area. I’m unable to bear the negativity and sly words from the public in the area. Please do this one work, I won’t ask you for anything else ever again” Kannababu requested Dadisetty Raja.

Raja replied he would send higher officials to assess the situation. Kannababu was quick to respond “please don’t promise sending officials. Please see that the funds are allotted and the road works are done. I’m unable to face the backlash” the MLA said.

The fact that an MLA is having to beg a minister over a road in one of the areas in his constituency says the sorry state of affairs in the government and also inside the party, a netizen commented.
