Roja Ignores Jagan’s Call

YSR Congress Firebrand MLA, Roja seems to be upset ever since she did not figure in the list of Cabinet Ministers of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. Roja is everywhere when Jagan visited Tirumala on 28th of the last month and also did a lot of Hungama at Jagan’s Swearing-in ceremony on 30th. She was last seen on the day of Cabinet Ministers’ names have been announced.

She was not accessible to the party since then. She did not attend the oath-taking ceremony of the ministers in Tadepalli on 8th of this month and also skipped the Chief Minister’s Tirumala Visit on Sunday. Sources say that Jagan called her husband, Selvamani and asked him to get her to Amaravati the next day.

But Roja ignored that call as well and did not go to Jagan. It is evident that she is visibly upset and it has to be seen how long she can stay away from the party and constituency affairs. The party leaders say that Roja will get a cabinet berth when Jagan expands his cabinet after two and a half years.

But then for all the hard work, she did when the party is in the Opposition for 10 years, Roja expects her name to figure in the first list but Jagan could not accommodate her due to caste calculations. Jagan may have to give her some nominated post to pacify her.
