MVV expressed anger over Raghurama’s decision to write a letter to the Speaker and Home Ministry regarding a kidnapping case involving his family members.
MVV openly lashed out at Raghurama in front of other MPs and made threatening remarks, stating that he would kill him. MVV questioned Raghurama’s motive behind writing the letter to the Home Ministry about his family members’ kidnapping case.
The incident took place on the Parliament premises, and other MPs present in the central hall were concerned about MVV’s behavior.
YSRCP Lok Sabha leader Mithun Reddy intervened and took MVV outside after observing the situation. However, Raghurama complained to the Speaker about MVV’s attitude during the altercation.
Notably, MP Mithun Reddy remained silent while MVV was insulting Raghurama. This marks the second time that a YSRCP MP has threatened RRR. Previously, Hindupuram MP Gorantla Madhav had also threatened Raghurama by saying ‘I will kill you’ near the 4th gate of Parliament in the past. The situation highlights the tensions and animosity within the YSRCP party.
