The Delhi Liquor Scam which is creating ripples in National and Telugu politics is becoming even more intense. YSR Congress MP Magunta Sreenivasula Reddy’s son Raghava Reddy is under the radar of the CBI.
The investigating agency has summoned Raghava Reddy to its Delhi headquarters and is questioning him in connection to the case.
There are rumors that he may be arrested as well. Magunta’s family was in the liquor business for several decades.
Last month, ED raided the houses of the YSRCP MP in Delhi, Chennai, and Nellore.
It is interesting to note that a few weeks ago Magunta announced that he will not contest in the upcoming election and that his son will contest.
Since AAP Government in Delhi is also involved in the scam, Modi Government is taking it very seriously.
If the MP’s son is arrested, it will be a big political headache for the ruling party in Andhra Pradesh.
