What is “Heart Attack” about?
Heart Attack is the love story of a gypsy Varun (Nithiin) who moves from one place to place. Varun one day comes across Hayati (Adah Sharma) in Spain and the moment he sees her he falls for her beauty. Initially reluctant he realizes his love and how he finally wins her love is what the film is all about.

How is Nitin’s performance?
Nithin gets a one man show kind of film and he does well with routine content he gets. He is attractively packed by Puri Jaganndh and he makes full use of it. Another step up for the stardom of Nithin for sure whatever may be the fate of the film.

What about Puri Jagannadh direction?
It’s a typical Puri Jagannadh film with all his usual emotions and twists in tack. Its racy to a point but looses track afterwards. Not just it loses the track it gets melodramatic as well and even though the director tries his best to town down it we feel the weariness. Picturization of songs carry his mark but the dialogues lack the sharpness that one expects from the director.

Other artists performance?
Adah Sharma joins the list of beauties discovered by Puri Jagannadh who are instantly appealing. Here in addition to the beauty aspect, Adah Sharma shows signs of emotion as well which augurs well for her career. Brahmanandam is his usual self and carries the role as is expected. There is no real excitement though with him. Ali gets a decent character is fine in the couple of crucial scenes given to him. Villain looks good and conveys the menace that is expected of him. Among the rest Priya (heroine friend) has a decent part and is noticeable.

How is Music, Songs and other departments?
Music and background score by Anup Rubens are superb and is the mainstay for the film. One couldn’t imagine sitting through the film if not for them. Cinematography is fine and so is editing like we are used to in a Puri Jagannadh film in general. Choreography of songs is alright.

What about the box office performance of the film?
The film riding on the success of Nithin and brand value of Puri Jagannadh is expected to open well. Also the film has competition in form of another big film, so the chance of its success is shared with the fate of other film as well. Heart Attack if its lucky could be one of those films which works thanks to the other films failure. If the luck doesn’t work, we are looking at another failure for Puri Jagannadha and break in success for Nithin.
