Reportedly, Vishal will soon hold a meeting with his supporters association, Vishal Makkal Nala Iyakkam, in Chennai to discuss the political plans. He is expected to contest in the 2026 Tamil Nadu Assembly Elections.
Vishal is inclined towards politics for a long time. Earlier, he planned to contest in RK Nagar by-elections but his nomination was rejected. Currently, he is serving as the General Secretary of the Tamil Actors’ Association, Nadigar Sangam.
