A heated argument erupted last night between patrons and the theater management at Prasads Multiplex in Hyderabad. Those who attended the 11:15 PM showing of the “Ganpath” film had an unpleasant experience. The audience was disappointed by the foul odour emanating from the hallway and disheartened by the lack of maintenance by the theater management.
Upon being alerted, the management promised to address the issue by spraying, but even after half an hour, the odour persisted. This led to a confrontation between the patrons and the theater management, with the audience demanding a refund.
Eventually, the police were called in to defuse the situation. In the end, the management conceded and agreed to refund the ticket money to the disappointed audience.
