Ayodhya Rama Padhuka: Made In Hyderabad

The inauguration of the Sri Ram Mandir in Ayodhya is scheduled for the 22nd of this month. Meanwhile, the sacred padhukas of Lord Sri Ram have been crafted right here in Hyderabad.

Crafted by Pittampally Ramalingachary, a skilled sculptor from Sri Madhvirat Kalakuteer in Bowenpally, these sacred padhukas are fashioned from ‘pancha lohas’ and adorned with gold and silver coatings.

Ramalingachary shared that crafting these padhukas took 25 days of meticulous work. The entire process was overseen by Charla Sreenivasa Sastry, the founder of the Ayodhya Baghyanagara Seetharama Seva Foundation.
