“Bigg Boss Winner Accused In Rave Party Case”

Elvish Yadav, the winner of Bigg Boss OTT season 2 and a popular influencer, has been named in an FIR related to a rave party case. The Noida police have filed the FIR, alleging that snake venom was supplied at the rave party.

The FIR has been registered against Elvish and five others. The police conducted a raid in response to a complaint filed by an animal welfare NGO, which claimed that banned snake poison was being distributed at the party. The rave party took place on Thursday night in Noida sector-51.

While the police have arrested five of the accused, Elvish is the only one who has not been taken into custody. The FIR has been registered under wildlife sections 9, 39, 49, 50, 51, and IPC section 120B.
