The BJP is gearing up for the Telangana Assembly elections with a star-studded campaign. Notably, senior leaders from the Telugu states will also be part of the campaign. However, the absence of Telangana leader Vijayashanti from the star campaigner list stirred a discussion in the political circles.
The reason for the omission of Vijayashanti’s name is not known yet.
On the other hand, BJP has announced that 40 of its top leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Ministers Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, Nitin Gadkari, BJP National President JP Nadda, and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, will be the star campaigners.
