
A case was filed against TDP chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu in Hyderabad for organizing a rally that violated election regulations. The case was registered at the Begumpet Police Station, with Sub-Inspector Jayachander filing it under crime number 531/2023.
The charges were made under sections 341, 290, and 21, in conjunction with section 76 of the CP Act. The complaint stated that Chandrababu’s rally caused a disturbance on the road for more than two hours and had no permission from the police department.
Chandrababu Naidu, who was recently released from Rajamahendravaram Jail, arrived in Hyderabad for medical tests. Upon his arrival, he was warmly welcomed by a large gathering of TDP supporters and fans.
