Diwali Bonus: Owner Gifts 25 Royal Enfields

We’re aware that affluent entrepreneurs often present lavish gifts like luxury cars and gold coins to their staff as festive bonuses. However, breaking the norm, Sivakumar, a tea-estate owner from Ooty, surprised his workers this Diwali.

He gifted Royal Enfield bikes to 25 workers and distributed LED TVs to ten women as a bonus. Cultivating vegetables in the Nilgiris for a decade, Shivakumar generously allocates half of his profits to his employees, displaying a caring and affectionate attitude.

Not only does he provide various gifts during festivals, but he has also invested in establishing a school and hospital, offering free services to both villagers and workers in the area.
