High Court Rejects Petition Against Malla Reddy

The High Court rejected a petition that challenged Telangana Minister Malla Reddy’s election affidavit.

An individual named Anji Reddy raised concerns about errors in Malla Reddy’s affidavit and requested the court to invalidate the nomination. Despite Anji Reddy’s plea, the Election Commission’s counsel informed the court that the returning officer had already addressed the objections in the affidavit previously. As a result, the High Court dismissed the petition.
