Court Reserves Judgement On RGV’s Vyooham

The Telangana High Court heard the arguments presented by both parties in the case concerning Ram Gopal Varma’s controversial film, Vyooham. Following the hearings, the High Court has reserved its judgment.

The court is set to announce its decision tomorrow, on January 12. The lawyer representing the film’s producer urged the court to permit the film’s release at least in Telangana, in case the court feels that there will be an impact by the film’s release in Andhra Pradesh during upcoming elections.

Highlighting the absence of elections in Telangana, the producer’s lawyer suggested releasing the film exclusively in the state. However, Nara Lokesh’s legal representative opposed this proposal, advocating for an indefinite delay in the film’s release.
