High Court Sends Notices To Veteran Director

The High Court of Telangana has issued legal notices to veteran director K. Raghavendra Rao concerning a land allocation matter in Shaikpet, Banjara Hills. The notices were addressed to Raghavendra Rao, K. Krishna Mohan, and several others.

A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) was filed by Balakishan, a resident of Medak, seeking the annulment of the allotted land provision. Balakishan contends that individuals who acquired the land at a discounted rate are now using it to construct bars, pubs, and cinema theatres, in violation of stipulated conditions.
