
In the upcoming Telangana Assembly elections, Gajwel and Kamareddy constituencies have gained significant attention as they hold the potential to decide the Chief Minister, given that both KCR and prominent opposition candidates are contesting from these areas.
According to election officials, 44 candidates are contesting in the Gajwel constituency, while 39 candidates are competing in the Kamareddy constituency after the nomination withdrawal deadline.
CM KCR is contesting from Gajwel under the BRS party, with Etela Rajender representing the BJP and Thumukunta Narsa Reddy standing as the Congress candidate. Similarly, KCR is contesting from Kamareddy as a BRS candidate, opposing Revanth Reddy from the Congress and K. Venkata Ramana Reddy from the BJP. The intense competition among these candidates has drawn widespread attention as the elections draw near.
