Komatireddy Demands Special Status To AP

Telangana Minister Komatireddy Venkatreddy has called for granting special status to Andhra Pradesh, pledging his commitment to support this cause.

Addressing the media in Delhi, Komatireddy highlighted that during the state’s bifurcation, the government led by Manmohan Singh had promised special status to Andhra Pradesh. He emphasized that this assurance was made in Parliament.

Expressing disappointment in the current BJP government’s failure to fulfil this promise, he condemned their inaction. He urged the government to grant special status to Andhra Pradesh as originally pledged.
