The ruling YSR Congress party faced another setback ahead of the elections in Andhra Pradesh. The party’s MP from Narasaraopet, Lavu Srikrishna Devarayalu, resigned from his post as well as the party.
He said that he decided to leave YCP after witnessing the circumstances in the party for some time. He said that there is uncertainty in the party and he was not responsible for it. He added that he worked hard for the constituency’s development during his tenure.
It is heard that Srikrishna Devarayalu decided to leave the party because the high command is planning to give the Narasaraopet MP ticket to a BC candidate.
