Report: Rapid Growth In Indian OTT Audience

According to a report from media consulting firm Ormax Media, the Indian OTT audience universe has now reached 481.1 million, representing 34% market penetration. The report suggests that the growth of the OTT audience base has exceeded the peak observed during 2020-2022.

Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru are the top three cities in terms of paid subscriptions, each having over six million active paid subscriptions.

Additionally, the report indicates that there are currently 101.8 million active paid OTT subscriptions in India. This could further increase in the next one year.
