Hyderabad is gearing up for the grand swearing-in ceremony of the new Chief Minister, A Revanth Reddy, scheduled to take place at L B Stadium on December 7. Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari chaired a meeting with officials to ensure elaborate arrangements for the event.
The Chief Secretary emphasized the need for a grand and fitting ceremony, urging officials to work closely together to ensure its success. The police have been instructed to manage traffic, parking, and security arrangements for the occasion.
Moreover, firefighting arrangements with positioned fire tenders will be set up at the venue. Municipal officials are tasked with venue cleaning, watering, and fogging, while the GHMC will repair roads leading to the stadium. The Health Department is arranging a fully equipped ambulance, and the Energy Department is ensuring uninterrupted power supply.
Several senior officials, including DGP Ravi Gupta, CP Hyderabad Sandeep Shandliya, and others, attended the meeting to coordinate efforts for the ceremony’s smooth execution.
