The bench also heard a petition aiming to shift all Margadshi cases to the Telangana High Court and adjourned further discussion to February. Following the investigation, the Supreme Court issued notices to the Andhra Pradesh government.

This move signifies a pause in ongoing proceedings, highlighting the Supreme Court’s involvement and the pending decision to potentially transfer these cases to another jurisdiction for resolution.
