
The Supreme Court has intervened in the trial of guide cases in the AP High Court in Delhi. Justices Abhay S. Okha and Pankaj Mittal directed the High Court to halt further investigation until the Supreme Court concludes the proceedings.
The bench also heard a petition aiming to shift all Margadshi cases to the Telangana High Court and adjourned further discussion to February. Following the investigation, the Supreme Court issued notices to the Andhra Pradesh government.
