BRS is leading in most of the GHMC areas, Congress is leading in three constituencies, MIM is leading in four constituencies and BJP in one constituency.

The likes of Arekapudi Gandhi (Sherilingampally), Madhavaram Krishna Rao (Kukatpally), KP Vivekanand (Qutbullahpur), Maganti Gopinath (Jubilee Hills), Muta Gopal (Musheerabad), Lasya Nanditha (Cantonment), Padmarao (Secunderabad), Laxma Reddy (Uppal), Sudheer Reddy (LB Nagar), Malla Reddy (Medchal) and Marri Rajashekar Reddy (Malkajgiri) are leading.
Congress candidates Feroz Khan, Srinivas Goud and Malreddy Rangareddy are leading in the Nampally, Patancheru and Ibrahimpatnam constituencies.
