The eagerly awaited pan-India film ‘Thangalaan,’ starring Vikram, has faced a delay in its release, shifting to April from its initially planned Republic Day launch. The film, directed by Pa. Ranjith, revolves around the lives of workers in Karnataka’s Kolar goldfields.
The decision to postpone was accompanied by a festive poster shared on social media. Despite the secrecy surrounding the cause, anticipation remains high, given the intriguing premise and stellar cast, including Malavika Mohanan and Parvathy Thiruvothu.
Vikram expressed his dedication to the project, emphasizing its unique narrative and the absence of glamour. As the April release approaches, fans eagerly await further details about this cinematic journey to another world.
