Hyderabad police seized a huge sum of cash on the city outskirts today, totaling Rs. 6.5 crore, which is being illegally transported. This discovery occurred at APPA Junction along the Outer Ring Road, where authorities inspected and confiscated the cash from six cars.
There are suspicions that this money might belong to a first-time MLA contender from the Khammam district, potentially linked to recent IT raids. However, an official police statement regarding these investigations is pending.
Ahead of the elections, there’s a substantial movement of funds occurring across the state. Police are regularly seizing large sums of money each day.
