The High Court is conducting hearings on the matter of relocating offices to Visakhapatnam. The government has filed a petition challenging the orders of a single judge regarding the unfair relocation.
The case is now before the Honorable Bench but the Bench refused it saying, “Not Before Me.” The Attorney General urged the court to expedite the hearing of the petition.
Previously, a single judge had directed a halt to any further action related to eviction. The earlier order specified that no further steps should be taken until a three-judge bench had the opportunity to review the case. More details are awaited.
