Wife Defends Infosys Murthy’s 70 Hours Work!

In a recent interview, Infosys chairperson Narayana Murthy suggested that Indian youth should commit to working 70 hours a week in order to remain competitive with economies that have experienced significant growth over the past two to three decades. Now, Sudha Murthy, Narayana Murthy’s wife, has come to his defence. She pointed out that her husband himself dedicated 80 to 90 hours per week to work, making him unfamiliar with anything less.

She emphasized that he strongly believes in the value of hard work and has personally lived by that principle. However, Sudha Murthy’s defence is also facing criticism from netizens on social media platforms.
