From a bad grade to someone leaving a mean text on your social media handle, facing even deeper issues than racism, bullying, and even depression, Gen Z is going through a lot. And typically ‘ socially Active’ and ‘Full of energy generation also have to catch a breath, thus coming to the concept of Bed Rotting.

In this fast-paced world, Gen Z found their own way to slow their lives down for self-cure or betterment of mental health. And can you name a place better than your bed where you can be cozy and reflect upon things in life?

Recently the concept of bed rotting is floating all around social media where a person spends a hefty chunk of their time on the bed. You can binge-watch your favorite shows, grab a pack of chips and focus on your own blog, watch some cooking videos, or look at the ceiling throughout the whole day. It’s practically living your life on your own terms for a short amount of time while being in the comfort of your own bed.

Now, having a break isn’t a revolutionary idea but the concept of bed rot is attached with guilt-free time. The whole process can last from a few good hours to some days but duration shouldn’t matter as long as you feel better.
