Hyd’s Chota Bheem On Poll Awareness in Bengal!

Little incidents make a world of difference to a narrative. West Bengal will go to polls on April 23 and April 29. And the elections now have a Hyderabad connect.

Of course, AIMIM is contesting polls. But we are not talking politics but cartoons. Chota Bheem posters are being used in Howrah to create voter awareness.

Incidentally, Chota Bheem is created by Rajiv Chilaka, also a resident of Hyderabad. Rajiv’s Green Gold Animation is behind the extremely popular cartoon series.

Two posters are out, both putting stress on the fact that voting is our right and duty. They also ask the voters to come out and vote. The messages are apolitical, but give out a strong message.

Soon, Tamil Nadu and West Bengal, Assam and Keralam, Puducherry will go to polls. Using Chota Bheem is an innovative way to reach out to young voters who grew up watching Chota Bheem. It will also encourage school children understand the importance of voting in a democracy.
