Govt’s Hypocrisy Exposed: School Children At Risk

A recent video of two school-going girls using a makeshift rope trolley to cross a river in Uttarakhand’s Munsiyari village has ignited debate on social media.

The video shows two girls using the trolley as a daily means of commuting to their school. It was later revealed that about 5 children use the trolley simultaneously for their daily trip to school.

This incident immediately sparked outrage on social media as soon as it became public knowledge.

People questioned the government’s lack of intent to focus on rural infrastructure leading to such miserable conditions for the country’s future.

One social media user said, “If the government can’t even ensure the safety of children, what’s the point of slogans like ‘Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao’? Such hypocrisy!”

Another commented, “This video is proof that rural India has been abandoned by the system. Stop making excuses and fix this immediately!”

This video highlights the stark contrast between different aspects of India, where new achievements are gained each day on one side while the children struggle for their basic rights on the other.
