The man allegedly unzipped his pants and touched a woman from behind. Another passenger recorded the act on his phone and shared it online, where the video quickly went viral and drew widespread condemnation.
This incident highlights two major issues. Women often feel unsafe while travelling alone in private vehicles, but when such behaviour occurs even in crowded spaces like the metro, it raises the question of where they can feel truly secure.
