The best movie-watching experience is always in front of the big screens in theatres where each shot elevates the viewing experience.
However, the experience might turn into chaos if the housefull gathering constantly interrupts your watching with noise or irritating phone calls.
Well, things might sound good for you if you are facing such a problem in theatres as ROX DNC theatres in Tamil Nadu are providing Do Not Disturb (DND) shows to tackle this problem.
The aim is to provide the best movie-watching experience without any interruptions.
First launched eight years ago by Sathyam Cinemas in Chennai, these screenings come with strict guidelines: no phone usage, no entry for children under 14, and no late admissions.
Held every Thursday, ROX DNC enhances the concept by collecting mobile phones at the entrance, ensuring total audience focus.
Widely appreciated by cinephiles, this initiative revives a format beloved by dedicated movie enthusiasts seeking an uninterrupted viewing environment.
It gives a better viewing experience for the viewers with full focus on the film. The initiative should be used in almost every theatre once a week to elevate the cinema experience which is missing nowadays.
In an attempt to make cinema great again and provide a fully immersive experience, DND shows might have a great future ahead giving several moviegoers a chance to experience and watch their film without any interruptions.
