During a late-night screening of Pushpa 2 at a Nagpur multiplex, an unexpected event unfolded. Moviegoers were left in shock when a group of police officers stormed the cinema hall just after midnight.

The action-packed film took a dramatic turn when the police moved in to arrest Vishal Meshram, a notorious gangster-turned-drug peddler. This happened just moments before the movie’s climax.

Senior Inspector Baburao Raut and his team used cyber surveillance to track his movements. They also gathered intelligence on his vehicle, a Thar SUV. The team deflated the vehicle’s tyres to prevent Vishal Meshram from fleeing.

As the climax of Pushpa 2 played on the screen, the police officers moved in. Different teams were stationed around the hall. At the right moment, they surrounded Vishal Meshram, who was fully engrossed in the film. He had no chance to react and was quickly apprehended.

After his arrest, Vishal Meshram was first taken to Nagpur Central Jail. He will soon be transferred to Nashik Central Jail.
