Film Producer Dismisses Casting Couch Allegations

Odia actress Prakruti Mishra who was also a part of reality show Ace Of Space season 2, has made serious allegations of casting couch against film producer Sanjay Nayak, also known as Tutu Nayak.

For those who are unaware, on 9th June, Prakruti Mishra brought casting couch allegations against film producer Tutu Nayak. Prakruti alleged that after night shoots on film sets, Nayak used to invite actresses, and if they refused, he would remove them from the film. She further claimed that he tarnishes the image of Ollywood actresses and exploits new talents. The actress also demanded to ban
Tutu Nayak from film industry .

In response to these allegations, Sanjay Nayak held a press conference where he said “The industry knows who I am. I know Prakruti Mishra as the daughter of Manmath Mishra and I have nothing to do with what she is doing” Nayak dismissed all the charges made by Prakruti Mishra.

He asserted that the accusations were unfounded and lacked any factual basis. Nayak announced his intention to file a defamation case against Prakruti Mishra and another unnamed actress who also made similar allegations. Also, he would take legal action against the news channel that aired the statements made by the actresses.
