Tony wanted to highlight the flexible work culture in AirAsia and its commitment to maintain a balance between work and leisure. Tony said that he could get a massage and attend a management meeting simultaneously. This highlighted a stark difference between the traditional corporate culture and the one being promoted by the AirAsia CEO.
