It is a German Kölsch-style ale- a crisp, light-bodied drink that they have created. However, as of now, it cannot be sold commercially due to government regulations prohibiting the use of recycled wastewater in food and beverages. Once the sale of this beer is permitted, it has the potential to become an efficient and affordable way of utilizing recycled wastewater.
