MS Dhoni is the biggest name in the IPL even while he is at the ripe age of 42. He is still pulling thousands of fans to the stadiums and the fact that CSK’s games enjoy the highest viewership both on TV and at the stadiums is a testament of the same.
But of late, there has been a complaint about Dhoni not being able to come in to bat earlier in the innings despite the fall of wickets. A few are even trolling Dhoni for coming out to bat in the latter stages.
But as it turns out, there is a medical reason behind the same as Dhoni is said to be not in the right condition to play a full-length game.
MS Dhoni is playing IPL 2024 with a leg muscle tear that is restricting his movements and he can’t run for too long. MS is taking medicines to minimise his pain and run well, say reports.
It is evident that Dhoni is pulling through hard pain to play the games for CSK and put up whatever batting displays that he is able to. He really is going the extra mile for his fans and hence, it shouldn’t be right to troll him on the same.
