SRH Vs KKR: Team India’s Disaster

When two teams reach the finals of the IPL, the natural expectation is that they have excelled in their craft and have some of the best in-form talents. On this front, the IPL finale between SRH and KKR has a strange connection with team India and here is a look into the same.

Incidentally, SRH and KKR don’t have a single Indian player that was selected for the Indian cricket team’s squad for the coming T20 world cup.

The likes of Abhishek Sharma, Rahul Tripathi, Varun Chakravarthy, Shreyas Iyer, Venkatesh Iyer, and others who have been in fine form for SRH and KKR haven’t found a place in the Indian T20 side.

Usually, when two teams reach the finale, they are bound to have Indian stars who are performing big-time. The same could be considered in the case of SRH and KKR.

But strangely, both the finalists of this year’s IPL have no representation in the Indian cricket team and this is as strange as it can get.
