Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma are two of the most celebrated stars in Indian cricketing community. With the ongoing IPL season in place, there’s a sense of competitive spirit between the two of them.
In this context, a vital video where the interviewer asks SRH fans if they want Kohli or Rohit to lead SRH in the future, the results were unanimous.
While 25% of the respondents said they want Kohli to join SRH, 75% said they want Rohit at the helm.
Factors like Rohit himself being a former Deccan Chargers player, his mother being a Vizag native are cited as the reasons behind the mad fanism for Rohit.
Rohit is the most loved Indian cricketer in Hyderabad and the same was seen in the video.
Either way, having Rohit in SRH would not just mean the most successful captain in IPL would join the side but it would also mean that a Telugu origin man is at the helm for the team.
