The first Ind vs Eng test seems to be going decisively in favour of the Men in Blue as they have crossed 400 runs with the loss of just 3 wickets, much to the horror of the English side.
With the Indian batting lineup looking stronger than ever, many on social media began to troll Virat Kohli, crediting India’s batting prowess to his absence from the team.
One user hilariously shared a clip of Kohli repeatedly out chasing the outside off-stump ball and said, “India missed Virat Kohli’s experience on-field!”
Another user commented, “England missed Kohli more than India today”.
These comments highlight the fact that India has already started to forget Kohli in whites, owing to such a brilliant performance from the young batters.
This shows how much of a change transition can make when some players, however big, just don’t work anymore.
