Will Virat Kohli Unleash His Secret Weapon for RCB

Virat Kohli’s aggression is RCB’s biggest asset. When he plays fearless cricket, the team feeds off his energy. But will he unleash that version from game 1?

With RCB still chasing their first IPL trophy, Kohli’s intent could be the deciding factor.

RCB started slow last season but turned it around when Kohli shifted gears in the second half.

Instead of anchoring, he went on the attack. His 77 off 49 against Punjab Kings was a perfect example controlled aggression that set up a big win. So why wait this time?

With Phil Salt’s natural explosiveness, some might say Kohli can play safe. But in modern T20 cricket, there’s no room for caution.

Powerplay overs are gold and a fully aggressive Kohli will put RCB miles ahead. Plus when he plays with intensity the whole team levels up.

AB de Villiers says Salt’s presence frees up Kohli. He doesn’t have to hold back anymore.

Imagine Kohli going berserk in the first 6 overs bowlers will have nightmares. This could be the aggressive RCB we’ve always wanted.

If Kohli goes all in from match 1, RCB won’t have to play catch up later.

The stage is set, the intent needs to be clear. Will we see the fiery, no-holds-barred Kohli from the start? If yes, RCB might finally have their dream season!
