Did Nayanthara Stage a Big Publicity Gimmick?

Nayanthara has been the talk of the town since yesterday, after her public announcement of requesting not to call her Lady Super Star, stating that it creates a gap between herself and the craft.

After this, netizens started to share troll memes against Nayanthara and raised multiple questions about why the ‘Lady Superstar’ title had suddenly become problematic and whether this decision was made to remain in the spotlight.

Others criticized Nayanthara by commenting that Nayanthara was called the Lady Super Star only by her husband, Vignesh Shivan, and not by the Kollywood audience.

Also, for the past few years, Nayanthara’s recent films have not performed well with audiences and she lost her fame. That’s why she used this gimmick to remain in the spotlight.

Nayanthara, by announcing not to call her Lady Super Star, is more like reminding everyone that she is the Lady Super Star, says the social media users.
