Average In Theaters, OTT Audience Loving It!

Jiiva’s Black Movie, directed by debutant KG Balasubramani, which was released in theatres on October 11th, has acquired positive responses from audiences and critics.

Black Movie was released the next day after Rajinikanth’s Vettaiyan. As Vettaiyan acquired mixed responses, after the second weekend, Black was replaced in the place of Vettaiyan on many main screens in Tamil Nadu.

Although Black movie acquired positive responses from the audiences, this movie didn’t bring many audiences to the theatres and also had an average theatrical run.

In this scenario, Black movie is now streaming on Amazon Prime since yesterday night, and the audiences who have missed this movie in theatres are now watching it in OTT and sharing their responses on social media.

Black Movie is a proper remake of the Hollywood movie Coherence released in the year 2013. This movie is one of the best psychological thriller movies released in the year 2024 in Kollywood, says the audience on social media after watching the movie in OTT.

This movie is acquiring positive responses from the audiences in OTT too; it looks like the Black movie gives Jiiva the much-needed comeback in Kollywood after continuous disasters.
